RETURN POLICY

These are Kigurumi-cos’s Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Kigurumi-cos ’s website.

We accept return and will issue FULL refund under following circumstances:

1. Item not as described

2. Item is wrong size

3. Item is defective

We accept return and DEDUCT 50% of the original payment from refund under following circumstances:

1. Item does not fit while size is correct

2. You simply don’t like the item

3. Note: After the order is successful, half an hour we will commit processing package. Some products are factory master now need to do. Many steps. Carefully read the product to determine likes to go to complete the payment. Success can not be changed once an order or request a refund. Because time is very urgent and valuable. And we will refund the cost of produce! Such as requiring a refund we will deduct processing costs!

 Important Notes:

 1. All Customers should contact our Customer Service email for a RMA before returning any items. Kigurumi-cos will not responsible for any delay caused with no RMA indicated.

 2. Please return the items at your convenience and at the lowest cost possible and provide us the tracking number if it is available. If there no tracking number, a copy of the shipping receipt is necessary. If neither of them can be provided, we might have to process the order until the package arrives at our company and recorded in the system which may takes around one or two months.

 3. Kigurumi-cos staff will email in 2 or 3 business days when returned packages are received.

 2. Ship the return goods after you get the RMA authorization.

Once you ship return goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories and shipping address from Kigurumi-cos customer service center together with RMA authorization.

Notes: please offer tracking number for return shipment. Kigurumi-cos won’t take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.

 3. Get the replacement or Refund.

Kigurumi-cos arrange for resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 business days.

Note: If the product comes with any wear and tear, It can repair only, refunda are not allowed.
